Project: Conceptual study for non-profit initiative

G|Code House is an innovative, place-based initiative which connects young women of color to educational and employment opportunities in the technology sector by combining affordable co-living, technology instruction, industry placements, and post-secondary education. This non-profit owns a property in a residential neighborhood of Roxbury, and et Alia envisioned how to rehabilitate this 4,200 SF home and carriage house in phases to create a community that provides housing and education for up to 14 women.
